God gave me the vision of Without Excuses many years ago, just before he called me to do the hard work of healing from trauma that defined who I was and where I was headed at that time. Healing is not pretty, it's not easy but it is essential so that you can be the person God made you to be. Today I am grateful for that experience because He has shown me the woman He intended me to be, rather that the insecure girl the world shaped me into. God calls us to be selfless and to lean into Him for everything. The world tells us to worry about ourselves at the cost of others.  Let me help you reverse negative thinking patterns and guide you to replacing them with love, kindness and God's grace. I have a passion for coaching individuals on how to love others while finding their love and worth through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.

God desires for every human to love one another (including our enemies) without the excuses the world will give you. Growth and maturity in His name takes time, strength and obedience to His word and truth. The growth He is expecting requires us to take a deep look at ourselves, regardless of how others have treated you, and to allow God to heal you from past trauma that generally leave trigger responses, negative thought patterns and unhealthy living habits.
